Configure It
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Toggle channels on/off per event
- Click Save

Don't want notifications at 2am?
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Enable Do Not Disturb
- Set your quiet hours (e.g., 10pm - 7am)
In-app notifications still queue. They're waiting when you wake up.
FAQs
"Can I disable all notifications?" Yes, but you'll miss Attention Items. Not recommended.
"Why am I not getting SMS notifications?" Verify your phone number in Account settings.
"Can I get notified for specific leads only?" Not yet. All lead notifications use the same rules.
"Do notifications cost credits?" No. Notifications are free.
"Can team members have different settings?" Yes. Each user controls their own notifications.
"What if I miss an Attention Item?" It stays flagged until resolved. Check your dashboard.
