  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm payment

Done. New credits are already in your account.

Downgrading

Need to scale back?

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm

Downgrades apply next billing cycle. You keep current features until then.


FAQs

"Will I lose data if I downgrade?" Never. All leads, conversations, and history stay.

"What about unused credits when upgrading?" They carry over. New credits are added on top.

"Can I get a refund if I upgrade mid-cycle?" Contact support for prorated adjustments.

"What if I need more than Pro?" Contact sales@rocketagents.ai for Enterprise pricing.

"Can I try Pro before committing?" Upgrade, test it, downgrade within 7 days for a full refund.

"Do I get charged immediately?" Yes. Prorated for remaining billing period.

"What happens to extra agents if I downgrade to Starter?" You keep them, but can't create new ones. Reassign leads if needed.
