How to Use
- Go to Find Leads page
- Toggle to Real Estate mode (top of filter sidebar)
- Enter a natural language description (e.g., "absentee-owned homes in Las Vegas under 500k")
- Click Find Properties - AI converts your description to search filters
- Review results showing address, owner, bed/bath, value
- Adjust filters manually in the sidebar if needed
- Set queue size, drip rate, AI agent, and SkipTrace options
- Click Add to Pipeline to queue properties
Search Modes
Natural Language (AI)
Type a description and click Find Properties. The AI maps your description to filters:
- "absentee-owned homes in Las Vegas under 500k" - Sets location, quick list, and value filters
- "vacant lots in Austin, TX" - Sets location and property condition filters
- "pre-foreclosure 3+ bedroom houses in Phoenix" - Sets distressed status and building filters
Manual Filters
Use the sidebar to set filters directly:
- Location - City, State, ZIP, County
- Quick Lists - Toggle pre-built property categories
- Building - Bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, year built, stories
- Valuation - Estimated value range, equity percentage
- Sale History - Last sale price range
- Listing - List price range
- Lot - Lot size in acres or square feet

Owner Status

Listing Status

Key difference from Professional search: Professional search charges per search. Property search charges per address returned. A preview of 25 properties costs ~5 credits.
SkipTrace is optional - toggle it in the confirm dialog. Credits are charged as properties are dripped, not all at once.
Property to Lead Conversion
Each property creates one lead with the primary owner's info:

Additional owners (if the property has multiple owners) are stored as metadata and available to AI agents as talking points.
Queue & Pipeline
Property searches use the same queue system as Professional searches:
- Same drip rate and business hours settings
- Same circuit breaker and pause/unpause controls
- Same auto-replenish (evergreen) mode
- Properties appear in the queue view alongside professional leads
- SavedSearchPage shows property-specific columns (address, owner, value)
Data Caching
Properties are stored in a master database (deduped by address). If the same property appears in multiple searches:
- Property data is reused (no double-charging)
- SkipTrace results are cached for 30 days
- Cached SkipTrace data is free on subsequent searches
FAQ
Q: What's the difference between Professional and Property search? Professional search finds people by job title, company, and industry. Property search finds real estate by location, status, and building criteria.
Q: Can I search without SkipTrace? Yes. SkipTrace is optional. Without it, you get property data and owner names but no email/phone.
Q: How does auto-replenish work for property searches? Same as Professional search. When the queue runs low, it automatically fetches more properties from the same search criteria.
Q: What happens when I toggle between Professional and Real Estate? Your current search results and filters are cleared. Each mode has its own filter set.
