Steps

Go to Leads in the sidebar
Click Import
Upload your CSV file
Map columns to fields (Name, Phone, Email)
Set your drip rate (leads per hour)
Click Import

That's it. AI takes over.

CSV Format

Setting the Drip Rate

This is important. The drip rate controls how fast AI contacts your leads.

10/hour	Large lists, slow nurturing
25/hour	Balanced approach (recommended)
50/hour	Urgent campaigns, hot leads
Unlimited	Time-sensitive lists

Why drip?

Prevents overwhelming yourself if many leads respond
Spreads outreach across business hours
Avoids carrier flagging from too many texts at once

FAQs

"What happens after I import?" AI starts contacting leads at your drip rate. You can watch progress in real-time.

"What's the maximum import size?" 10,000 leads per import. Need more? Run multiple imports.

"What if I upload duplicates?" We detect duplicates by phone number and skip them.

"Can I pause an import?" Yes. Go to the Import Queue and pause anytime.

"What if some rows have errors?" The importer shows which rows have issues. Fix or skip them.

"Does AI contact leads at night?" No. AI respects business hours. Outreach pauses overnight.

"Can I cancel an import?" Yes, but already-contacted leads stay contacted.

"What phone format should I use?" International format with country code: +15551234567

"Can I add custom fields?" Yes. Extra columns become notes AI can reference in conversations.

Segment Your Lists

Don't dump everything in one import. Split by:

Source — Facebook vs Zillow vs website
Intent — Hot leads vs cold leads
Timeline — Ready now vs 6+ months

Different segments can have different drip rates.

Time Your Imports

Import Monday morning. Leads contacted early in the week book more meetings than Friday leads.
