"How often does usage update?" Real-time. Every message reflects immediately.

"Can I export usage data?" Yes. Click Export for CSV download.

"Why did one lead use so many credits?" Long conversation. Click the lead to see the full thread.

"How do I reduce credit usage?" Improve agent context → fewer messages per conversation → fewer credits.

"Can I see historical usage?" Yes. View past billing periods in the Usage history tab.

"Does checking usage cost anything?" No. Dashboard access is always free.
