FAQs
"How do I change my email?" Update it in Account settings. Verify via confirmation link.
"Can I delete my account?" Yes. Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent.
"What happens to my data if I delete?" All leads, conversations, and settings are permanently deleted.
"Can I export my data first?" Yes. Export leads and conversations before deleting.
"How do I reset my password?" Click "Forgot Password" on login, or change it in Account settings.
"Why do you need my phone number?" For SMS notifications about new leads, meetings, etc. Optional.
