1. Click Leads in the sidebar
2. Click + Add Lead
3. Enter name and phone number (and/or email)
4. Click Save

Pro tip: Phone + Name is the minimum for best results.

FAQs

"Do I need both phone and email?" No. Just one. Phone is better for faster response.

"Will AI contact them immediately?" Yes, unless you choose to pause AI when creating the lead.

"Can I add leads from my phone?" Yes. Dashboard works great on mobile.

"What if I enter the wrong number?" Edit the lead anytime. AI will use the updated info.

"Can I add notes for AI to use?" Yes. Notes appear in the lead details and AI references them in conversation.

"What does the first message say?" Something natural like "Hey [Name], thanks for reaching out! When's a good time to chat?"

"Can I change the first message?" Yes, in AI Agents settings.
