Using Scores

Sort your leads by score. Highest scores = most likely to convert.

AI prioritizes high scores. Attention items from 90+ leads appear first.

Watch for score changes. A jump from 40 to 70 means they're getting serious.

FAQs

"Can I manually change a score?" No. Scores are AI-calculated based on real engagement.

"How often do scores update?" After every interaction. Real-time.

"Why did a score drop?" Usually means lead went quiet. Time since last reply affects score.

"What makes a score jump?" Strong intent signals. "I'm ready to buy this month" = big score boost.

"Are scores visible to leads?" No. Scores are internal only.

"Can I filter by score?" Yes. Sort or filter your lead list by score.

"What if two leads have the same score?" More recent activity wins priority.
