Quick Setup

Live in 5 minutes. Not kidding.

You'll Be Live in 5 Minutes

No complex onboarding. No training videos. Just follow these steps.

Step 1: Crawl Your Website (1 min)

Teach your AI everything about your business — instantly.

  1. Go to Settings → General
  2. Enter your website URL
  3. Click Analyze Website
  4. Review the extracted company info (services, team, FAQs, etc.)

AI uses this knowledge to have informed conversations with your leads. The more it knows about your business, the better it sells.

Already did this during onboarding? You're all set — skip to Step 2.

Step 2: Add Your First Lead (1 min)

Test it on yourself first.

  1. Click Leads in the sidebar
  2. Click + Add Lead
  3. Enter YOUR phone number
  4. Click Save

Check your phone. You just got a text from your AI. Reply to it. See how it handles the conversation.

Mind blown? Good. Keep going.

Step 3: Import Your Real Leads (2 min)

Got a spreadsheet? Let's use it.

  1. Go to Leads → Import
  2. Upload your CSV
  3. Map the columns (name, phone, email)
  4. Set how many leads per hour to contact
  5. Click Import

Step 4: Connect Your Calendar (2 min)

So AI can book meetings for you.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click Connect Calendar
  3. Choose Google or Outlook
  4. Authorize access
  5. Set your available hours

Done. AI now books meetings directly on your calendar.

That's It. You're Live.

  • AI contacts your leads automatically
  • AI qualifies them through conversation
  • AI books meetings on your calendar
  • You show up and close deals

FAQs

"Do I need to create an AI Agent first?" Nope. A default agent is ready to go. Customize it later if you want.

"What does the first message say?" Something natural like "Hey [Name], thanks for reaching out! I'm here to help. When's a good time to chat?"

"Can I change the message?" Yes, in AI Agents settings. But the default works great.

"What if I mess up?" Edit anything anytime. Leads, agents, sources - all editable.

"How do I know it's working?" Check the Leads page. You'll see every message sent and received.

"What about my calendar?" AI only offers times when you're free. No double-booking.
