Webinar Types

Live

A one-time Zoom meeting at a scheduled date/time. Attendance is tracked via Zoom participants API after the meeting ends.

Evergreen

A pre-recorded webinar that runs on a schedule. Registrants see a countdown, then watch a replay that looks and feels live — complete with simulated chat messages and timed call-to-action overlays.

Evergreen modes:

Interval — Runs every N hours (e.g., every 4 hours)
Specific Times — Runs at specific day/time combos
Just-In-Time — "Starting in 15 minutes!" for maximum urgency

Go to Webinars in the sidebar
Click Create Webinar
Choose Live or Evergreen, set the schedule
Share the registration link
AI handles the rest — reminders, follow-up, reschedules
