Attendance Thresholds

A registrant is classified as "Attended" if they stayed for the minimum attendance threshold — either 10 minutes or 25% of the webinar duration, whichever is greater. Below the threshold counts as "Partial Attendance."

These thresholds are used for:

  • Drip sequence conditions (ATTENDED vs NOT_ATTENDED)
  • CRM stage changes
  • Auto-reschedule decisions
