Every webinar comes with a 13-step drip sequence that fires automatically based on event timing and attendee behavior.

How the AI Works

Each drip step has a spintax template — a message template with variations that the AI resolves and personalizes for each lead.

Example template:

{Hey|Hi|Hello} {{firstName}}, {{webinarTitle}} is {{timeContext}}!

The AI:

1. Picks a random spintax variation ("Hey" or "Hi" or "Hello")
2. Fills in dynamic variables (first name, webinar title, timing)
3. Adds personalization based on lead context and memories

Managing Steps

In the Drip Sequence tab:

• Toggle steps on/off with the switch
• Steps are grouped by phase (Before, During, After)
• Each step shows its channel, timing, and condition

Reminder Settings

Three independent reminder systems can be toggled in Settings:

1. Provider Registration — Adds participant to Zoom meeting (for attendance tracking)
2. Provider Reminders — Zoom sends its own reminder emails
3. AI Drip Sequence — Your Rocket Agents drip fires

All default to ON. They work independently — you can use all three, or just one.
