└──────────────────┘Pre-Warmed Mailboxes
New email addresses have no reputation. Sending bulk from them = spam folder.
What Warming Means
Warmed mailboxes have:
- 2-4 weeks of activity
- Good sender reputation
- Established engagement patterns
- Proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Benefits
| Factor | Cold Mailbox | Warmed Mailbox |

| Inbox rate | ~10-30% | ~70-90% |
| Spam rate | High | Low |
| Daily limit | 20-50 | 200-500 |
| Reputation | None | Established |

Sending Best Practices
Volume Ramp-Up
Don't blast everything day one:
| Day | Emails |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | 50 |
| Day 2 | 100 |
| Day 3 | 200 |
| Day 4+ | Full volume |
Timing
- Best days: Tuesday-Thursday
- Best times: 9-11 AM, 2-4 PM recipient time
- Avoid: Weekends, holidays, early morning
Content Tips
- Personalize with name, company
- Keep subject lines short (under 50 chars)
- Avoid spam trigger words
- Include clear unsubscribe
- Professional signature
Monitoring Performance
Track your campaigns:
| Metric | Good | Action Needed |
|---|---|---|
| Open rate | >40% | Review subject lines if low |
| Click rate | >5% | Improve CTA if low |
| Bounce rate | Under 3% | Clean list if high |
| Spam rate | Under 0.1% | Stop and review if high |
Reply Handling
Replies come back to your main inbox (or IMAP-monitored address):
- Reply detected
- Added to lead's conversation
- AI can respond (if enabled)
- Or you handle manually
Costs
Bulk email uses your plan's credits:
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Bulk email sent | 2 credits |
| Same as regular | - |
No additional cost for warmed mailboxes on higher plans.
