Pre-Warmed Mailboxes

New email addresses have no reputation. Sending bulk from them = spam folder.

What Warming Means

Warmed mailboxes have:

  • 2-4 weeks of activity
  • Good sender reputation
  • Established engagement patterns
  • Proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

├── mailbox3@domain.com → 100 emails
├── mailbox4@domain.com → 100 emails
└── mailbox5@domain.com → 100 emails
