When Plans Change

Lead needs to reschedule? They just reply. AI handles it.


Rescheduling (Lead-Initiated)

Lead texts:

"Can we move our call to next week?"

AI responds:

"Of course! How about Monday at 11am or Wednesday at 2pm?"

Lead picks. Meeting updated. You're notified. Done.


Canceling (Lead-Initiated)

Lead texts:

"I need to cancel our meeting"

AI responds:

"No problem. I've canceled the appointment. Would you like to reschedule for another time?"

If they say yes, AI offers new times. If not, AI continues nurturing.


When You Need to Change

  1. Go to Meetings
  2. Find the meeting
  3. Click Reschedule or Cancel
  4. Lead is notified automatically

FAQs

"Does the lead get notified of changes?" Yes. SMS and email automatically.

"Can I block rescheduling?" No. Leads can always request changes. (Would you want to be locked in?)

"What if they reschedule multiple times?" AI handles it gracefully. After 3+ reschedules, it may suggest confirming serious interest.

"What happens to the original calendar event?" Automatically deleted/updated. No manual cleanup.

"Can I see a history of reschedules?" Yes. The conversation thread shows all scheduling interactions.

"What if the lead ghosts after saying they'll reschedule?" AI follows up. "Still want to find a new time?"
