FAQs

"Can I disable reminders?" Yes. Turn them off in Meeting settings. (Not recommended.)

"What if the lead asks to cancel via reminder reply?" AI handles it. Cancellation processed, you're notified.

"Do reminders use credits?" Yes, but minimal. One SMS reminder = 2 credits.

"Can I add more reminder times?" Yes. Add a 15-minute or 48-hour reminder if you want.

"What's the impact on no-shows?" Users report 40-60% reduction in no-shows after enabling reminders.
