"Can I see messages that failed to deliver?" Yes. Failed messages show in red with error details.
"Can I filter by AI vs. manual messages?" Yes. Use the filter dropdown.
"How far back does history go?" Forever. We never delete conversation history.
"Can I see read receipts?" When the carrier provides them, yes.
"What if a message looks wrong?" Check the AI reasoning. Update your agent's context to prevent similar issues.
