Channel Indicators
Each message shows which channel it came from:
- AI messages labeled — Clear badge on AI-generated content
- Channel icon — Shows SMS, Email, Voice, or LinkedIn
- Your messages separate — Shows your name when you jump in
- Real-time updates — New messages appear instantly
Email Messages
Email conversations display differently from SMS:
- Subject line header — See the email subject
- Collapsible preview — First ~80 characters shown
- "View full email" button — Opens complete email in dialog
- Tracking stats — Opens, clicks for outbound emails
- Status indicators — Pending, sent, delivered, read, failed
Voice Calls
When AI makes or receives calls:
- Call duration — How long the call lasted
- Call status — Completed, missed, voicemail
- Transcript button — View what was said
- Recording — Listen to the call (if enabled)
Conversation States

Conversation Modes
AI operates in different modes based on where the lead is:

The Dashboard View
Your Conversations page shows all active threads with:
- Lead name and status
- Last message preview
- Time since last activity
- Channel icon for last message
- Needs Attention flag (if applicable)

FAQs
"Can I see all channels in one thread?" Yes. SMS, Email, Voice, and LinkedIn all appear in a single unified conversation thread.
"Are conversations stored permanently?" Yes. Full history from day one across all channels.
"Can I search conversations?" Yes. Search by lead name, phone, email, or message content.
"Will I know when a lead replies?" Yes. Real-time in-app notifications and optional email/SMS alerts.
"Can I export conversations?" Yes. Export individual or bulk conversations to CSV.
"What do the status badges mean?" Sent, Delivered, Read (when available), Failed. You always know what happened.
"Can I replay what AI was thinking?" Yes. Click the info icon on any AI message to see its reasoning.
"Can I see voice call transcripts?" Yes. Click "View Transcript" on any voice call to see the full conversation.
"Does AI pick which channel to use?" AI follows your outreach mode settings: SMS only, Email only, Voice only, or Blended (multi-channel escalation).
