Create a Lead Source
One minute. Know where every lead came from.
Steps
- Go to Lead Sources in the sidebar
- Click + New Source
- Name it (e.g., "Facebook Ads", "Website Form")
- Select the type:
- Webhook — For ad platforms and integrations
- Form — Embed on your website
- Manual — Leads you add yourself
- (Optional) Assign an AI agent
- Click Create
Done.
What You Get
After creation:

Pro Tip: Assign an Agent
When you assign an AI agent to a source, every lead from that source gets contacted automatically.
Lead arrives from Facebook → Assigned to Facebook Agent → AI texts within secondsNo manual work.
FAQs
"Can I rename a source later?" Yes. Edit anytime.
"Can I delete a source?" Yes. Existing leads keep their source reference for reporting.
"What's the difference between Webhook and Form?" Webhook receives data from external systems. Form is a widget you embed.
"Do I need different sources for different ad campaigns?" Recommended. Easier to track ROI per campaign.
"Can I have multiple sources for the same platform?" Yes. Create "Facebook - Campaign A" and "Facebook - Campaign B".
"What if a lead comes in without a source?" It's labeled "Unknown" or "Manual" depending on how it arrived.
