What Can Pilot Do?
Check Status
Ask about your platform health:
- "How many leads do I have?"
- "Show me leads needing attention"
- "What's my mailbox health?"
- "Any meetings today?"
- "How many credits do I have left?"
Search & Filter
Find specific information:
- "Find leads in the QUALIFIED stage"
- "Show me messages about pricing"
- "List all my AI agents"
- "Who's on my team?"
Get Analytics
Understand your performance:
- "Show me agent performance stats"
- "What's my credit usage this month?"
- "How's my conversation analytics?"
- "Generate a pipeline report"
Take Actions
Pilot can also perform actions (with your confirmation):
- "Create a new AI agent for home buyers"
- "Assign all NEW leads to Sarah"
- "Pause the queue"
- "Release 10 leads from the queue"
Confirmation Flow
For actions that modify data, Pilot asks for confirmation:
- You request an action: "Assign leads to my new agent"
- Pilot shows what will happen: "This will assign 15 leads to Agent X"
- You confirm or cancel
- Pilot executes the action
This prevents accidental changes to your data.
Conversation History
Pilot remembers your conversations:
- Thread List — See all past conversations in the left panel
- Pin Threads — Keep important conversations at the top
- Archive — Hide old threads without deleting
- Delete — Remove threads you no longer need
Quick Actions
When you start a new conversation, Pilot suggests common actions:
- Check agent performance
- Leads needing attention
- Mailbox health
- Today's meetings
- Campaign status
- Recent activity
Click any suggestion to run it instantly.
Tips
- Be specific — "Show me QUALIFIED leads assigned to Sarah" works better than "show leads"
- Use natural language — No need for special syntax or commands
- Chain requests — Pilot maintains context, so you can follow up with "now filter those by last week"
- Ask for help — "What can you do?" shows Pilot's capabilities
