Need a specific agent on a specific lead? Two clicks.
Steps
- Go to Leads
- Click on the lead
- Find Assigned Agent in the detail panel
- Select your agent
- Click Save
New agent takes over immediately.
When to Do This
- Lead arrived without a source agent — Manually assign one
- VIP lead — Put your best-configured agent on it
- Testing — Try different agents on similar leads
- Specialized case — Different language, different service, etc.

"What happens to conversation history?" Preserved. New agent sees everything the previous agent said.
"Will the new agent message immediately?" If the lead is active and due for follow-up, yes.
"Can I remove the agent entirely?" Yes. Select "None" to stop AI outreach.
"Does this cost credits?" Reassigning is free. Only new messages use credits.
"Will the lead notice the switch?" Usually not. AI adapts smoothly. If tones are very different, the lead might notice a subtle change.
"Can I assign the same agent to multiple leads?" Of course. One agent can handle thousands of leads simultaneously.
